Come as you are.
I believe therapy should feel human. I bring warmth, authenticity, and humor to the room, while also being honest and willing to challenge you when it can help you move forward. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as yourself, better understand what's happening beneath the surface, and figure out what you want next.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, perfectionism, identity, and life transitions. This might mean working through burnout or feeling stuck, navigating becoming a parent, changes in your body or relationship with movement, career or identity shifts, or simply realizing that the way you've always done things no longer fits. I also work with LGBTQIA+ clients navigating identity, relationships, and the process of figuring out what feels authentic to them.
I have a particular interest in working with athletes and former athletes. Sport can shape so much of how we see ourselves, and stepping outside of that identity can bring unexpected questions. I work with athletes around performance pressure, perfectionism, motivation, injury, burnout, identity outside of sport, and transitions into what's next.
My approach is integrative and tailored to you. We'll focus on what is most useful—whether that's understanding patterns, navigating difficult emotions, strengthening relationships, or making meaningful changes in your life. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. It can be a place to slow down, get curious, and create a little more space to move forward.
A little about me: I'm a retired (and slightly washed-up) D1 college tennis player who now spends my free time playing pickleball, chasing the best cappuccino in town, and spending time with the people I love most.
